I guess I can ask this in general discussion but it seems like all the cooking is going on at this forum. :) I have two questions, both regarding cooking.
One, bakeware, what are you guys using? I am getting sick of my teflon pans peeling, no matter how expensive or how cheap, it all seems to peel after a few months. After I use the pans (muffin, cake, brownie, bread loaf, cookie sheets, etc) a few times, it seems like they discolor and peel. What is a better alternative? Or, what is a good brand?
Two, cookware. I have a glass top stove and really haven't invested in any special pans/skillets. I have noticed that when pans are not totally flat on the bottom, they take longer to heat and don't heat evenly. If you have a glass top stove, what are you using?
I guess, if this is way off topic, it can be shoved to GD...........
