I just purchased a roaster oven, 22 qt rival. It didn't come with much instructions or recipes. Can anyone tell me the best way to cook a turkey to have the skin browned in one of these things. I'm going to do a trial run now to see what's it's like before Thanksgiving. Any info on roaster oven cooking appreceiated!. Thanks, Polly
