My pink Crape Myrtle is about ready to bloom again. I have never seen it bloom this time of year. Whats going on??

There have been a lot of things blooming or starting to bloom again out of season this fall. We're guessing it's a combination of the unrelenting heat, a cool spell, and then the heat again. This has truely been a wierd year!

My Blackjack tree thinks its Spring. It budded out & now has new leaves?
I agree with Maggie.
I did not remove berries from my crepe myrtles in August; therefore, have no Fall flowers.
We'll be having our first frost on Nov. 15. Saw huge flock of Canadian geese flying south yesterday.
Succesful, winter gardening

This is very funny, but my Frostweed has both ripe seeds and new flowers on the same branches. Wierd!
It has never done that before.

Well I glad its not just me!

I have tons of seedlings coming up! Probably a lot of zinnias and I have no shortage of those seeds on the ground, but I hope it's not any of the seeds I threw out a few weeks ago for spring blooms.
