You can go to the Home page and in the Plant Scout search box type in Osmanthus Fragrans and a list of vendors will come up for you. Also I think there are pictures. This plant is sometimes called Sweet Olive, Tea Olive. I have one and mine smells so nice!

Heavinscent, sorry I haven't been able to answer your question sooner. I found 2 that look almost exactly alike so I'm not sure which one my neighbor has.

Last week after a plant swap I went with some friends to the Botanic Gardens. I had been there earlier in the week and had just fell in love with this sweet smell down in one of the rose gardens. My friends are rose enthusiasts (to say the least) and I thought they'd be able to tell me which rose it was coming from. We sniffed until our noses couldn't smell anything and never found it coming from a rose. It almost smelled like Texas Mountain Laurel, the grape bubblegum scent. When I came home and smelled the neighbors bushes, I was SURE it was the same scent.

Another member here is a member of the Botanic Gardens club so I asked her about the smell. She wrote me a few days later and said she went down and found it and found the hidden Eleaganus bushes that it was coming from. She agree that it was wonderful.

You might could ask the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens which type they have planted!
