Hibiscus, are you planning on using all your cuttings? Is it one you would be willing to share for postage? I would love to be put on the list for them if you are. That is an incredible Brug!

Is the color really that electric? Or, was the camera "enhancing it", lol...
Very nice color.

With regard to the structure of the plant in the picture, is the branch to the right considered a sucker or is the first Y located just above soil level? Does a Brug usually Y that low to the ground? And lastly, is judicious pruning the method one would use to create a standard?
Thanks.

This is one you could train as a single tree, or let it spread out. It is spectacular at blooming most all the time. There was a "y" branch right down in front, kept having just one bloom straight out, so I cut it off, as it was always in the way. Here is another pic. None were enhanced

Thanks. I can't get over the color of it. I did not care that much for orange flowers until I saw Kenboy's Dr. S seedling and this one. They are both gorgeous!

Looking good, Gloria. It is amazing how many blooms this one puts out. Constant!

I would also love a cutting from it. It is really pretty. I would swap something or pay postage.

Gloria,
I am also a person who doesn't have any orange in my garden BUT something like sure would be a nice surprise color in the right spot.It is a really pretty color !! GEORGEOUS !!

I just love this one!

Can't believe Kell took the big one out. Discrimination if you ask me. If it were pink you can bet it'd still be there. :)

It'll have it's revenge... I saw that root ball. That Brug isn't going anywhere. I say Kell, watch out for your foundation, Big Yella is comin' to get ya.

Savannah, GA(Zone 8b)

what a beautiful picture. Sure would love a cutting. I only have two brugs, one peach and a yellow (very pale yellow). plan to have many more in the spring if I can get cuttings started. Will be glad to pay postage of trade from my two ( I am new at trading).
Thanks,
Chris
