Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

Does anybody have a weiss Pousanne or is it one N in Pousane, flower pics. Mine has little baby blooms still, BUT,

Someone gave me this brug last year and the tag said Weiss Glockenfontaine I don't know if that brug even exsists. Does it? does anybody know if it exsists, I know that Glockenfontaine Exsists. And Iknow there's a weiss pousane. If there isn't a weiss glockenfontaine, this may be the weiss pousane. Here is a picture of the flower that says it's weiss Glockenfontaine. Anybody willing to help me with this one? I love this flower it has a wonderful fragrance, I kept poor records last year and have no idea who sent this to me.

kathy_ann, Weisse Posaune has large, versicolor type blossoms. Glockenfontaene has large. pink colored blossoms.

yep, I found the weis pousane here and the glockenfontaine at this same web site, neither one are this brug, I can't believe I didn't keep records of where the brugs came from last year. I wish I knew more about this one. But I guess it's gonna have to be a no namer . Bummer cause It's soooo beautiful.

That yellow in there is actually green in real life, the picture shows it to be yellow though.

Thanks Brigitte, I didn't realize that.

Yes, I have fallen in love with this brug. and those stripes in the center are definitely green, and it's very fragrant.

You know, I can't remember the fragrance. I have been so busy this summer just trying to keep up that I can't remember. I just think it is so lovely and just the stripes do appear to have a green tone to them.

Thanks for the lovely comment on the photos. The flowers speak for themselves, I just do the clicking.

Heaven only knows, The weiss glockenfontane is mis named. It's really the weiss pousane, which I have two of now. Dottnmd sent me some cuttings a while back, I still have those, their rooted now.

But the weiss glockenfontane is not a brugmansia, it doesn't exsist, was just misnamed by my sender, and I didn't keep accurate records last year, Ask me that same question about another brug this next fall and I'll know the answer, LOL I'm keeping records this year.

had a rough year last year
