There was a recipe for Mexican Roll Ups in the Oak Ridge Baptist Church (Conroe/Houston area) cookbook. I took the page it was on to the office to photocopy it for a friend and it was lost in Katrina. It would have been on page 3 or 4. If anyone has that cookbook, could you please send me the recipe.

If you have other Mexican Roll Up recipe and not that one, please send it. Thanks.
