Here is a new one!

I really liked this one from the red heart to the curly edges. And the $5.99 price for a big one in a 6 inch pot closed the deal! Anyone know the name?

Here is one I bought last summer. I just love it.

The top one looks like 'Essie Hunt' but how big are the leaves. If the leaves are larger, it could be 'bunchii' or if some are real 'frilly' 'crestabruchii'
and the bottom one could be any of the 'Morocco', 'Orococo', 'Boomer' 'Art Hodes' or 'Salamander' They all look very similar.

My Guess is Morocco.

Why ya gotta taunt me like this...hold on..gotta go wipe up the drool!

There must be grower (and a great one) close by. 2 stores carry these here that I have found and they are always big plants in 6 inch pots for $6. I can afford that. LOL

Kell, just promise me that if you are going to one of these nurseries to scout begonias that you drag me along, ok?

Well Sloat and Amrstrong are both around here. But I have never seen good Begonias there though I do not go often, they are a bit far. I bet they will special order thogh.

I can't handle more right now, but in spring lets try to get them to special order. If we want more than 1, I bet they do. Sue will be easy to get to want some and I think Candy has a warm place in her heart for these too. LOL

I was hoping Orchard Supply was on it, for they are so reasonable! 6 in pots for $5.99.

I wonder if we could get Longs in Oakland to order from them. They love good begonias it seems. And they are priced low too there.

GOD JOB LALI. My DH wil learn to hate you soon. LOL

So you are saying I'm EASY?!!!
Oh plants, OH BEGONIA?!!! Alright!!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Sue, you are easier than I am. LOL

Northern California, CA(Zone 9a)

I'm game for a special order! sloats is in San Rafael, or the oakland idea sounds good too. kind of central to all of us. We could meet, shop, and go to the gardens in Berkely! Perhaps some Thai food?

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I love Thai. LOL I love all food.

Man, she sounds like right up our alley, nursery hopping and food!

Or we could just skip the plant hunting and gardens and go eat. Naw, we better do both... silly me, what was I thinking? I'm hard pressed to visit the bay area and NOT go have some kind of ethnic food. I especially love Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese and Indian! I'm a veggie and they generally have some of the best veggie dishes ever!
