Dear Winnie and Maine,
I've only started collecting DL this year, so am not looking for particular ones, per se. I have been trying to get ones that have been proven to be good parents as I want to try hybridizing. I'll consider just about anything. Stamile, Kinnebrew and Trimmer are my fav. hybridizers so far. These seeds averaged about $1.50 each if that helps. Some were more and some less of course, but pretty much between $1 and $2 each.
Maine, I would love some of the candy series. I don't have any.
I have some mixed dip seeds that I'd be happy to just share. I was able to get a bunch for about $.35 each so I've been sharing them for postage. The parents of those are in the collage below, according to the seller.

I only started on daylilies this year also. I only have what I traded for or got for postage. I am hoping to have a fan or two to trade next season. Will have to wait till they bloom as all the labels have faded out.
I have some veronica blue speedwell. I can't tell if it is dormant or died from lack of rain this season. Hopefully we can trade another time.

I'm not sure what you're asking. Do you mean one of each? There are around 40 crosses, so I'd say around $60 worth of plants in trade if you do one of each as that's what I literally paid for the seed.

I hope I haven't offended you. Since I spent around $1.50 or $2 for each seed I thought it was fair to seek the equivalent dollar amount in trade. However, as I am very new to this I may be wrong?
I'd welcome guidance from those who have been at this a while.

I would love some of your seeds for postage. But I have to tell you up front I am already addicted.
I mapped all my Iris in a notebook and Know exactly where they are. I will do my Daylilies like that after they bloom next season.
No more window shade labels for my Daylilies.
It really bugs me to see those faded labels. This makes the second bed that has faded on me.
I know I will have a few single fans to trade next season. Will look forward to trading with you.
How much postage do I need to send? Is your addy in the exchange.

That is why i cancled out.I could afford to get one seed each.That is costly with daylilies postage etc.....

I hadn't thought about the difference in postage. If you ever do want to trade for a limited number (LOL) of your candy series I'd be happy to either pay the postage on what you send me or make it up in seeds. I'd LOVE to start a collection of those candies.
Be looking for your dip seeds in the mail. Are you in the exchange? 2 first class stamps will be fine. I'll do the rest.

I have been making stress Pillow with buckwheat and lavender.and potpourri homemade pies,and handmade scarfes and with all new stuff i needed to buy for swaps.Money is a factor here.Can i work on this -thinking about this for a day or two.Or do you need answer today! See I just got back from flordia not froma vacation a sick neice in hospital i took alot of my bill money to drive family down.

OK - here's a deal for you. I'll pay postage. You get the 2 each of the 50 crosses plus any others I find in my drawer and the dip seeds. I get the candy DLs when you have time, in the next week? I go on vacation Nov. 12th and I'd like to have them by then to make sure they're OK when I'm gone. Would that be possible? BUT, if you get any to die for flowers from the seeds I'm sending you have to promise to send me a fan when the plant gets big enough. How about that?
