Would you care to try some Apios Ground Nut vine? The blooms are quite strange and unusual.

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

Could send 3 6-8in cuttings of epiphyllium. It is white with a bloom that is 12 inches across.

Blessings,

I have some very interesting dahlias and you are in dahlia heaven in WA. One of the best is "Duet". It is lovely burgundy with white on the tips of each petal. http://davesgarden.com/pf/showimage/55583/ Beautiful. I have lots of others types also if you are interested.

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

What would you consider interesting or odd? I'd sure like to have a bulb or two!

Issaquah, WA

Well what have you got ? I am an easy sell. Though I do have limited window space.. I would prefer if it could be something left outdoors or stored dormant in a cool garage.

Chris

I have a Clerodendrum ugandense plant I would offer in trade? I can send a picture of the mother plant's first flowers if you'd like, otherwise you can search the plant files and find the picture I posted there for this species. The plant is a cutting that rooted this summer.

well i dont think id be able to keep it alive for the winter... I also .. from the info I gather on it .. dont think it would survive well up here in the cold northwest

Chris

It grows well in a container here at my place. I overwinter it indoors and have done so for 3 years.

Morehead, KY(Zone 6a)

I would love to trade for some of these. I have rescued some wild Canada Lillies that were growing on the property where my house was built. They were in danger of being overturned by a bull dozer.

How about some Helianthus angustifolius. Not the native species. A hybrid called Mark's Apollo. Very pretty, unusual, and hardy in your area. I can send a generous bunch.

Greenfield, IN(Zone 5a)

The miscanthus sinensis undine is a mounding grass. It reminds me of Dr. Seuse-spelling? the green eggs and ham guy. Mine looks like a pinkis fluff ball floating on my lawn. It stands 5 foot tall and is round. the stalks are green and the feathers are pinkish red. Interested? Rachel
