Smoked turkey

My brother in law is coming for dinner and bringing some smoked turkey tonight. Any suggestions as to what to serve with it. I was thinking like Twice Baked Potatoes or a barbecued bean dish I make with porknbeans seasoned with bacon, brown sugar, vinegar and ketchup. You then simmer for an hour. My mom called this bean recipe Bootlegger beans. I have a bunch of fresh spinach in the frig too. The only thing I have made so far is dessert, Pumpkin Chiffon Pie.
Any ideas?
