Are all of you still gardening? Collecting seeds? Putting away your garden gagets???

*** I guess im still gardening a tad-have some tilling i want to do yet and a trade to get in the ground when it arrives and a handful of lily bulbs to arrive and get planted. We are still picking raspberries and a few peppers

*** I dont really collect to many seeds in the fall-I let them fall and grow if they want to.
I only collected my daylily seeds and Night scented stock and some lilies this yr. oh and some sweet peas-only becuz tootsie wanted some!

*** I have been putting away garden gagets the last week. All the decorations that I hauled out in the spring Im now putting back in the greenhouse for a winter rest. I think the mantis tiller looks forward to winters-NOT ME I cant wait for SPRING already!!!!!!!!!

Me too! All of the above, it's better to do it now instead of when its 20 degrees and snow flurries.
A lot of the leaves haven't even turned down here yet.

Hi there! Just last week finished my 102-mile round trip to work everyday, just started working at home again. Maybe now I will have more free time and can enjoy my forums again. Have been working outside trying to cut down all of my almost dead perennials, still not finished. Just finished planting my 30 new lily bulbs (loved your collage). Still need to pick up garden decorations, hoses, shovels, rakes, etc. Hope to finish up this week while it is still nice out. Still have to finish cleaning up my iris garden. Can hardly believe this weather. It is supposed to be near 70 tomorrow! I know this won't last much longer. I am glad you posted this thread.

I am late getting anything done in the garden. I did however plant about a dozen new batches of daylily seeds. I usually wait till spring to do that but decided I would give fall a try.

Well NM, it's gonna be a great day to be outside, so I guess I'm going to try to get the last of my fall garden chores caught up. Gosh, it looks good on paper here but he truth is IT'S NEVER GONNA HAPPEN! Is ALL the work EVER really DONE? Huh-uh! But even just SAYING it, fools the brain. (well, it fools MINE) I work harder and faster cuz I think there is actually going to be an end! Ha! (Ha! you silly fool, Jacklynn)
I did some seed saving this year. I don't know why as I don't have any windows that expose sunlight which would allow me to start them indoors. When I try to start them out side, I can't tell the difference between weeds and seeds so I either pull them ALL out or let them ALL grow together until I have this area of conjoined-seeds and flowers which can only be separated by a surgeon.
Sorry about the rambling on and on but that is something I'm a MASTER at! Have a GOOD day ALL!
