Have Zebra Grass, Japanese Silver Grass, Fountain Grass and Ribbon Grass to trade.

Looking to trade large sections of these for equal size trades of Russian Sage and Catmint.

Do you know the genus/species names for the Zebra grass and the Japanese Silver Grass? I would need to know the cultural requirements and would like to see photos, so I can look them up if you know the latin names.
I have Nepeta 'walkers low'.

Thanks, Kathy. Unfortunately that doesn't do well for me. It needs too much sun for the available space my yard. I was hoping these were grasses that could tolerate more shade. Thanks, anyway.

I had the zebra grass in DENSE shade. It actually was an accident. My brother wanted a start off the neighbors grass. They didn't want it so they dug the whole thing up and gave it to me, to take to him. Just to keep it going, I stuck it in a pile of compost and covered it up until I could get it to him. I was under a triangle of 3 maple trees and didn't get any sun AT ALL. Well, I took it to him, but obviously I left a start of it in the pile, cause it came back the next spring and went forth and multiplied. :) The Japanese grass requires sun though.

Vicki, I am looking for a specific trade of these for Russian Sage and or Catmint. I can send you some seeds off these for a SASE if you like though.

I wish it would grow in shade here. The links you have are both to Miscanthus senensis. I have some planted in my 'partial sun' area and it's done nothing. Do you have anything else to trade for the catmint?

For shade, nothing else except the ribbon grass that will grow anywhere. :)
