Hymenocallis "Tropical Giant" Wanted

Austin, TX(Zone 8b)

Does anyone have a bulb of Hymenocallis "Tropical Giant" to trade? I have amaryllis (dark pink and white) to trade. I would be willing to trade three for one.

What does the flower look like on this plant? I don't mean to sound silly, but I might have what you are looking for. Lisa :)

A common name for this plant is giant white spider lily. It is a bulb. It has shiny, dark green strap-like foliage, similiar to amaryllis and crinum lilies. The bloom is on a tall stalk and spidery. I like the foliage even when it's not in bloom. They grow well in water-logged areas, but can take regular garden soil also. I have one that I got from a friend and would like another for the other side of the path. Thanks for asking, there are a lot of plants that I read about in the forums, that I don't know what they look like either!

BINGO! Your lucky day :) I have it! Email me! Lisa
