Second:
Click on "Hoya kinds" in the green box at the top of the webpage. This will take you to a list of hyperlinked translations of lots of different hoyas.
Third:
Click on the hyperlinks and you will be taken to translated information that includes who "found" the hoya and the date found, habitat, culture, photos, etc.

The translator translates the Publisher "Schlechter" as "Bad" (Schlecht in German = Bad)

The translator simply translated the name Dr. Friedrich Richard Rudolph Schlechter as
Dr. Friedrich Richard Rudolph of bad.

Ann here is a good translation site. It has about 35 languages it translates. It's called SYSTRAN, I think if you do a google search you should be able to find it.
