I'm not sure if this is more for her, or me.
We recently relocated to upstate NY. I have a min pin that can't stand wet or cold. Its been rainy and cold for the last few days, so when its time to go outside, she does the 3 legged shiver. Takes her forever to "go".
I had this hairbrained idea last night to put down puppy pads in the garage. I leashed her and took her there first thing this morning. Its now been about an hour, and she still hasnt done her business.
I know the minute i bring her in, shes going to find a spot to do her morning business.
Any ideas on how to get this to work?
