Halloween contest

Winter is for the birds! Okay, Skiing, ice skating and making a snow man are okay, but other than that Winter is awful. Since it's coming upon us faster than we want, lets have some fall fun. A halloween picture contest. Submit your pictures through Saturday at 9 PM Pacific time. Voting will be Sunday and Monday and close 9 PM on Halloween. Voting will be on a different thread.

The prize will be this little metal bird house.

I don't celebrate hell-o-ween, lol...but I did just want to say that is an absolutely ADORABLE bird house!

Mary, You are so much fun! This is just the perfect day and time seeing this contest. It's raining like all get out right now. NO freeze yet so who should complain. LOL

I got it at a gift shop called "Mary's Secret Garden." No, I'm not the Mary that owns it .... Darn it!

Sorry about the rain Kin. We've had gray days with drizzle all week. Sun will come out tomorrow though.

That's one good natured pig. I used to dress my Jack Russells up on Halloween and answer the door with them. I bet Daisymae would get some reactions from the young goblins if you answered the door with her in costume. LOL What a sight! So cute!

My Great Aunt Jessie was good friends with the whole Borden Family, and she always swore there was no chance that Lizzy really did it.

Kell, No tricks in that picture. The spider did it. I took that photo in the early morning hrs. and there was a heavy dew everywhere. It was just one of those perfect moments of Nature at work.

This is my favorite! I don't even know her name, but i love the orange. With freezing temps here the last week or so, she has taken up residence on the dining room table. The house smells SO wonderful in the mornings.

With rats like that, you would think Mekko would stay close to home. LOL. I wonder though with both their tongues out, if maybe some hanky panky kissing was going on. And the rat died of shame after falling in love with a cat.

I think the rat passionately passed out ln hopes to be awoke with another round of those kisses.

Oh my Gosh is that funny. I will laugh at that for awhile. Yes it would and I would suppose it would look like a cats body with a rat head and tail or a rat body with a cats head and tail. Pretty funny either way.

Hope you enjoy the picture as much as I have. I sure enjoyed making the skirt. The kids took her to the mall dresses like this. No saddle shoes in her size darn. But she had bobby socks.

Thanks they are spending the weekend this weekend. There is nothing better than that. Destiny is 3. I never thought life could be as grand as my weekends with them. They get a kick out of their
pictures being te wallpaper on the computer.
