I've finally pulled up my tomato plants and am left, of course, with loads of green fruit. I don't have much luck with letting them ripen; they seem to rot first. I love fried green tomatoes, green tomato chutney, and green tomato pickle (sweet); but I'd like some new ways to use them up. What are your favorites?
