Snails and Slugs in the Greenhouse

Erwin, TN(Zone 7a)

I captured E. Rosa, Rosy Predator Snail, and put two in the snail and slug infested greenhouse. Now I have lots of them and I haven't seen a slug for months, and have to look hard to find a live snail. The ground and plant pots are littered with the empty shells of snails eaten by the Predator Snails.

I don't know what happens when they run out of other snails to eat , but--I supose they will eat each other. ---I don't know if I am allowed to ship them or not.

I have watched them hunt other snails, they come across a trail left by another snail, or slug and they follow the trail untill they overtake the other snail and then eat them. Nature is amazing.

I was watching the snails yesterday while cleening out some weeds and the Big snails do eat the little ones, but have not started eating each other. and I do have quite a few of them hideing in there. I spent 2 hours cleening and weeding ,the only live snails I saw were the Predator Snails. Before I put the Predators in there, I would gather up hundreds of snails and feed them to my fish until they were full and than go throw them in the pond. and never make a dent ,I could not start seeds as the snails would eat all of the plants, they were even eating the datura's. I am amazed that they could all have been eaten in 3 months.
