I have a new laptop but still want to use my older scanner, but it doesn't have a usb cord to be able to hook up to my laptop with, when I had it hooked up to the old computer, it was hooked directly to the harddrive and so was the printer, they were both hooked to the harddrive, not to each other , know what I mean, how the scanner is hooked to the printer then the printer is hooked to the computer. Well, I can use my printer on my laptop but not my scanner, I"ve looked everywhere for somekind of cable but can't find one, with this on one end and the usb on the other end, any ideas.
