canadian daylily trade

(Zone 7b)

In another thread, pirl suggested a daylily trade, for people who lust after the more expensive ones, but can't afford them all - she said each member of the trade group could buy either a $100, or two $50, or four $25, you get the general idea? and then when they start to increase, could start trading; this could be a way to increase our stock of the more expensive ones without bankrupting ourselves.
I'd like to try a Canadian version of this. But I am a complete newbie, so would love to have some ideas: both on how to do it, and also if anyone would even be interested here?
I think we'd have to have a general consensus on which daylilies to get, and the same about how much to pay - $100 seems reasonable to me, and I love a lot of the older daylilies, so I'd be perfectly content to trade a hunk of a $100, for 4 - $25 ones, but that might not be how others feel about it.
any thoughts?

I love your approach and hope it works out for you. We just returned from Canada and believe me, if my son and daughter moved up there we'd move, too. I love Canada!!!!!!!!!

Anymore off the top of yer head ideas about this trade thingy?
How do I find out which ones multiply quickly? I'm so new, I didn't even know you could find this out...come on, pirl, give us the benefit of your experience here!

And everyone else, of course, step right up and be heard, here, all suggestions are welcomed on any aspect of this!
one of my current must haves is Sabine Bauer.
and Admiral's Braid.
and all of the ".....Candy" ones.
and Pharoah's Treasure.
and that isn't even listing the ones around $100 or more.
Think of it - we can help each other to attain heights hitherto undreamed of for those of us with somewhat less disposable income and a stubborn desire to pay the bills first....

Yikes. It's my bedtime. I don't know the newer ones so maybe you could post that on a regular thread: Which are the fastest multiplying daylilies that are newish and expensive?

Maybe you have a better idea for the name. You must because my brain is mush right now.
