My DH and I are having an arguement re shots for cats...he claims that if a cat has had vaccinations for Distemper, etc. there is life time immunity and there is no reason (other than legal, for Rabies) for the cat to have yearly, booster shots....The reason we are discussing this, is that Horsie is due for all of his shots and DH is the one who has the money to pay for them (I have none right now, and I am not working, so...) I hate not being able to just take him to the Vet....So, please tell me what I need to know...he goes so far to say there has never been a case of an animal, who has had a Rabies shot, in their life, ever getting Rabies, is that true?
Here is a Question....
