My giant elephant ears has been blooming. There is a bulb behind the bloom, does it contain a seed?

I still dont know if these EE flowers have pollen. This is a pic I took just a few minutes ago. The flower is over 12 in long, then the pod behind the flower is another 8in.

I have seen pictutes of bloom on them in southern States but not here . if them bloom for you?
They will do it in Sand Springs , Ok.
