My best friend moved in to a new apartment complex this summer... called Kona Kai... In the courtyard, inside the complex... they have this greenhouse thing going on. I've compiled two large collections of photos to share :) Ahh... my dream apartment! lol :)

Yes, I have a african violet outside and it's been there for about 5 months...all through our HOT summer.. it is sorta under stuff and I have no blooms but it's a beautiful, healthy green...

Actually, I used Paint Shop Pro to merge those photos into one big collage before I posted it. It is posted as just one photo... I just merged them into a collage before I posted.
You can only post one pic at a time on DG... but I try to ease up on the bandwidth by making collages when I have time. :)
Yes, av's inside this monstrous greenhouse... and actually, if you go back and look the bottom left picture of the 8:08 post is mounds of avs growing prolifically one on top of another! LOL :) They're very happy in there!
