What is this stuff? It growns around the base of my passiflora plant. Even though in th pic it looks like it's white, it is truly the same pale green as a glow-in-the-dark sticker and has little teeeny beads of color in it, slightly disturbing :(

That's coming from your mulch. I had the same thing happen here when we got a lot rain at one time. DH said it's in the mulch, it will go away when it dries up.
