Has anyone tried Wobenzym N

Belleville, IL(Zone 6b)

I read in my Whole Dog Journal about this systemic enzyme that has been successful in canines with tumors, arthritis, and other age related issues.
It sounds too good to be true how it has helped lots of dogs to regain their youthful mobility and health.
I went to a health food type store and got some the other day. Kind of pricey, 30 pills for $30. But I wanted to try it with my older dogs who have trouble with stiff joints. The one dog is already taking deramaxx daily, I believe it is called and that is expensive also but a prescription drug for arthritis pain. So I thought I would give it a try anyway. It says research shows it does not have severe side effects and can be used daily also.
There was also an article about virgin coconut oil, not the refined type that is bad for you. It says that giving this to a dog daily can help with preventing and curing growths on the skin such as warts and skin tags. You can also use it topically. So I bought two tubs of that and am going to try it since Spike my 14 year old has a few growths that the vet says are benign but can be removed with surgery if they become a nuisance to him. I just want him to be more comfortable and thought I would try this.
Both of these supplements can be used by humans also, so I am going to take them myself to be a guinea pig with them. LOL
Who knows, at least I will be able to tell if there are any adverse side effects going on. The things I do for these guys. LOL
The only trouble I have with the pills is that they are supposed to be taken on an empty stomache for best results and it is hard getting them to take a pill that way. Maybe I can coat them with the coconut oil, I don't know.
If anyone is interested you can probably do a google search and find out more info on dosage if you decide to try it. I got mine at a store where I got one tub of cocnut oil and the second at half price and a discount on the wobenzym N for getting their discount card.
It said in the article that the Fido Wobenzym is the same as the human one only marketed for animals. So you might try looking for Fido Wobenzym also if interested.
