I have noticed that I have either centipedes or millipedes (can't remember how to tell which is which--they are the little brown, many segmented ones that curl sometimes into a ball or around for instance Brug stubs--or even inside the stubs!!) making themselves to home around the Brugs that I have cut to the ground and started to protect for winter. Will they damage the Brugs do you think??? Trying to decide whether to dig them all up and pot up inside due to the bug problem or if there is something I can do to protect the stubs from these bugs!! Hate to dig them up as I have so many things already overwintering inside this year!! They seem to come back much larger and healthier if left in the ground over winter?!! Bonnie
Centipedes or Millipedes
Bonnie, I think you are talking about Pill Bugs, Rolly Pollies and sometimes called sow bugs. Depends where you live. I think this will be helpful to you.

I have them here and just find them more annoying than harmfull.
Good luck.

Well all I can find by doing a websearch says they eat insects, not plant materials so it should be ok I guess?!! Bonnie
