I would like to share the first bloom I've had on a Fourth of July plant. I received wood of it some months ago. I had this variety before - I bought one once I came to live to Belgium - but it died last year. So, here's the new generation
... and here's the plant, a very young one that I re-grafted. The original graft took well but, as it happened with most grafts I've made, the rootstock started to die. I was forced to cut the scion and to do a new graft. I have another Fourth of July plant, although younger and also re-grafted.
