Does anyone know any use for little cantaloupes (about the size of a large orange or a small grapefruit) that are green. I got frost on the weekend that took out my vines and now I have 5 or 6 little guys who never made it to maturity, let alone ripeness. I thought maybe I could make a chutney or something? Even a jam with some other fruits? I don't even know what the inside will look like yet, I didn't cut any of them open. Any ideas would be helpful!
