just copy the 'list' in the list view of picture folder?

I have created a folder with pictures of my 'wish list' of plants. If I choose the 'list' option in View it lists the names of the plants of the pictures alpabetically without the pictures. I would like to copy just the list itself (no pix) to a Word or Excel document. If I choose 'Select All' and 'Copy' to paste in a Word document, it pastes the pictures with no text. I just want the text with no pictures. LOL Is there a way to do that?
