HELP! Need recipe for Mashed, Creamy Cauliflower!

WHO was it that posted this recipe about half a year ago? I thought I printed it out, but I guess it is lost. I LOVED it! It had cream cheese and 1/2 and 1/2 and was baked in a casserole dish with cheddar cheese on top. YUM!

I know Herbie had some say in it. I just cannot find it on the Forum.

Come forth! Whoever you are......Pleeeeese! I have a big bag of caulifloer florettes in the fridge that need to be cooked!
