PLEASE Help with my Hen!

Lakemont, GA(Zone 8a)

A lot of you may remember my story about Henry/ietta who for almost a year I did not know what sex she was 'til she started laying eggs- LOL!! She looked just like a huge black rooster to me. I have since discovered that she is not a pure Ameracauna as her eggs are light tan and not "green" at all. I had no experience with fowl prior to getting her last Spring so I am clueless. I got her as only as a pet and have no interest in raising a backyard flock. Her eggs are an added bonus for DH though!

I think my chickie may be sick or been attacked: "Henry" stopped laying eggs a few days ago and up til then she seemed just fine. The absence of eggs was the only thing we noticed out of the ordinary. This morning DH goes into her pen and there are hundreds of feathers everywhere!! He says it looks as if something attacked her. No predators can get in her pen as it is buried chicken wire on 4 sides and top is covered, too. No sign of any large animal entry or holes dug. Our two big dogs live adjacent to her pen so there are no coyotes, etc around. DH thinks it may have been rats! Does this even happen?? There are no blood or cuts on her at all, just tons of feathers gone. [Hubby has noticed an increase in rodent activity around the pens lately- droppings. Our fields had recently been mowed for hay and we've also had mice in the house.] We now have her in her old cage on the front porch[LOL!] so we can keep an eye on her and get her away from whatever is in her pen. She doesn't seem to be her old self and acts kinda "spooked", but I noticed she did eat a bit of her food this afternoon. Also, she has very bad diarrhea.

Anyone know what could be wrong with her? Is she sick or could she have been attacked by rodents as DH suspects? I am worried about her and don't know what to do for her, so any advice is GREATLY appreciated!!
