Anybody grow this? Doesn't seem to be in PDF. When I googled found it as a medicine etc etc, natural drug, etc etc. Did find it is an arctic plant so went out in the snow and replanted.
Anybody have pix of the flower? I was given it but do like to know what I have.
PS. Just noticed our forum is called tradeeh. What is that about???

Rhodeola Rosea
It's in the DB but the name is Rhodiola...below is the link

I've grown it for years....it is native to coastal areas of Newfoundland, more common in northern parts of the Island than in my area. It does make an attractive rock garden plant. They have seperate male and female plants like holly...males have the showier flowers in yellow; females less showy and purplish to orangy.
Merci beaucoup Todd. Now I'll wait till the spring and see which one I have.
Really do enjoy DG with instant replies.

How come I missed that in your cactus bed, Wilma. Will have to go back and look at those pix. So happy that I know what it is, in any event.
