Hot Artichoke Dip

Mount Angel, OR(Zone 8a)

We went to some dear friends first wine tasting today and it was so nice. They served some wonderful munchies with their wine and hot artichoke dip was one and it was scrumptious , I hadn't it before and being warm it just hit the spot since it is a cold windy rainy day here. So here it is;

2 can artichokes, drained and quartered
1 C mayo
1 C grated Parmesan
1 clove garlic minced fine
Bake for 30 minutes for a half hour. Serve with crackers, baguette slices

I just found a recipe for homemade whole wheat soda crackers. I am going to try these with this dip.
