For the last few years, we haven't had our first frost until the last week of November or the first week of December? Is it all right to continue to fertilize my Brugmansias? I was told I have to keep my seedlings actively growing. What is the minimum temperature can they get and still grow? It will help me decide where to winter them.

Yes, fertilize and search the Brug forum http://davesgarden.com/forums/f/brugsetc/ for many answers that are available there. I'm in 8b too and have 5 Brugs blooming. I am fertilizing this week again. Good luck.
