Apparently I've never seen a female then. I have a friend that has one of these at the front of her house. It's HUGE and has a huge web. She has these little lizards (?) that were coming in around her door and I told her that if she left that spider he would probably eat them, so she did. She is 101 yrs old and doesn't go out in front much so she doesn't really see it, or she might get rid of it now! lol I keep meaning to take my camera. I'll have to do that now.
