Any advice on best way to stop my bulldog from barking at my neighbors dog! She just started doing this and I know she wants to play but it is driving me crazy. She will be 2 in Nov. Their dog sits on the step or comes up to the fence, never barks back . I can't ask them to take there dog as she isn't doing anything. I don't want to keep mine in all the time she loves the yard. I don't know what to do.
