Hi, I just made four of these pies for an order for tomorrow. (I've never made them before). They are still hot, at almost 11:00 p.m. I'm bushed from the farmers' market today. :(
There is 2 cups of sugar in each pie, lemon juice, eggs, etc...does anyone know if they will be okay left out cooling overnight? I don't have any room in my fridge here in the house as I also made 2 red velvet cakes for the same order and they must stay in fridge or frosting will melt (cream cheese frosting) :)
