Ok...I've been treating a few of the ones I am going to bring in the house soon with this stuff, & now I have a question or two. First...should the plants be wet or dry when you flush with this treatment, and how soon after treatment can you water them again without washing it away? Second, did you say not to use this in the house? If not, I wonder if it is OK to treat & then wait a couple of days & then bring them in.
Also, something you may want to be aware of when you start to use this stuff is that it FOAMS up when you add the water if the water is under pressure. I had to wait a long time for the bubbles to go down to completely fill up my gallon jug. So...add water slowly to avoid this problem.

Bayer Tree & Shrub
Marcy...as far as I know, you drench with the Bayer when the pot is dry (to be watered). Then water normally. The plant soaks it up with its' normal 'drinking' proceedure. I don't know why you can't do it in the house....Imidocloprid is the same stuff they use in Bayer Advantage goop for dogs. I just let the foam bubble up and over the jug...it goes away really quickly.
