Grassy Creek is in the highlands of NC near Sparta and Jefferson. We have more snow and longer winters than down in Kernersville. That means a short growing season. This year we've had no frost yet and this is a great year.

Ahh ok, I know where that is now. DH comes there to work sometimes at Ashe Memorial. I have never made that trip with him, so I need to give it a try some time. Nice to meet you.
