I AM so THRILLED - my VERY FIRST Brugmansia blooming

Gardiner, ME(Zone 5a)

This probably is an old hat for everyone in this forum BUT I am so thrilled that one Brugmansia out of 2 large ones is blooming.
It has 7 blossoms/buds left because the rain/wind broke off the others.

Can anyone please ID this one for me since it was a gift .
Thank You,
a smiling Brigitte
PS:Shirley NO it is not yours yet, hopefully it will bloom for me,dying to see what color it will be ?
Yours is basically in the same spot as this one, very large and tall though :-)

Such a delicate fringe of pink. Beautiful! Congrats, Brigitte. How very exciting for you.

I received some cuttings this summer and it's my first experience w/ brugs, too. I don't know what mine are either. All I know is that they are white, yellow, and pink. LOL.

I remember the THRILL of my first bloom (about 2 years ago). Yours is very pretty. There are so many that look similar it would be hard to say which one it is.

Very pretty Brigitte!
Happy you are getting to enjoy some blooms and the intoxicating fragrance!!!! Your hooked now.LOL
I'm not going to give you and ID but it does remind me of Frosty Pink. FP is a heavy bloomer for me even in the heat of summer.
Enjoy.

Pickens, SC(Zone 7a)

oh...its beautiful...dont you wish you could bottle that scent.

Laurens, SC(Zone 8a)

Might be an Isabelle x Frosty Pink cross?? It IS very pretty. Frosty Pink looks like that but without the points at the ends. And does also smell divine, but them I haven't met a Brug yet that didn't!! hehehe

Oh I am sorry .....I just realized that I failed to acknowledge some more of your lovely encourageging commets.....I am embarrassed now.Thought I was doing so good :-)

But wanted to let everyone know that our oldest son lugged my 2 huge pots upstairs into the hall in front of a south facing window.Right beside our bedroom door to smell that INTOXICATING scent.

But the big exitement is that I have 4 MORE buds on the other 2 branches,3 on one and 1 on the last.So that means I had buds on all 3 bigger branches.
I imagine that is a good sign ?
