thanks to all of you for welcoming me in the group , i think it will be really fun and interesting to learn and exchange with persons that have the same passion that i have . i have a digital camera and will soon post pictures of my house plants as soon as i figure out how to do , i need the help of my husband for the transfer of the photos , he knows how to , i' m on vacation next week so i'll
be taking photos , to bad my tropical plants that i brought in about 10 days ago have lost a lot of
leaves and are not looking as good as they were but that is how is it when you have winters .
i even kept a fuschia that i had that has 4 colors pink , peach , white and green. i never saw before a peach fuschia . i also brought in 2 different aristolochias , my tibouchina lost all its leaves so i trimed him down , my 2 passifloras seems to be doing well in the house same as my hibiscus , my thumbergia laurifolia and my medillina . My begonias are not tuberous ones that you grow for summer only , they are either rex , rhizomatous , cane or fibrous ones . i bought another
escargot begonia yesterday it was so beautiful and big for only 8 dollars , so now i have 2 of them , might plant them together . i read that some of you (don't remenber who mentionned it) that
was looking for a escargot begonia for a long time before finding one , here in the laurentides they are regularly found in one of my favorite nurseries .
I have a big backyard for my perenials , i'm always looking for something new , weird or different
to add to it , i like a lot hanging baskets and containers all aroun the yard . i have EE that i have to
bring in soon , all the rest is in already . i'm the type of person who can not throw away a good piece of plant , i'm always making more small plants so probably this sping when it is the time to
propagate , i'll have some to trade . so that it for now , and i'll be taking pictures during my vacation . bye bye Sphynx
