What a blue sky today!!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Too bad I didn't think to take pictures before I mangled them to pollinate! The ones left to pollinate I will have to rip open to get to the stigma.

People have been emailing me about double seeds. I have tons of pods but they are still small. So lets hope!!

Kell - that is truly a beautiful shot! love that blue sky.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Thanks. The weather here today is just beautiful. I feel so guilty, my poor sister along with many others are being evacuated from Houston where she was evacuated to from her home in New Orleans. She hasn't even gotten to move into the townhouse they rented to weather out the NO repair and it may get flooded with Rita. Hotels are getting so expensive for her.

It is 5 now and I haven't gone to work. I am so bad. Goofing off all day. So now I must make a mad dash in to print off some checks.

Judy, could be orange, has a parent that is orange. But she is quite pink in person!

Every time I look at these double pinks, I have to use a drool bucket. Such a beautiful color and flower. Is this a seedling or a named Brug? Lovely!!!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Thanks so much.

I have goofed off most of the day taking pics of my yard and then I went out a while ago to take more pictures in the dark. I have a new camera and I am playing!! And this brug is just so photogenic. One more trip outside then I need to go to bed. Early day tomorrow.

No name on this seedling yet. It is not my cross which I think makes it harder to name. Though I am pretty slow to name mine also.

Delisa, you are the double pink queen! Thanks again!

This is from the other side of it. I have lots of blooms open and still tons of buds.

I hope so too Patricia!! I am praying for a mild winter too. Can't wait to see your babies too. You are such a good grower.

So good to see you back Annapet. I missed your posts.

I got a Canon SD500 but I need to return it and get the SD550, I had asked for the latest and they didn't give it to me and charged me $100 more than Costco has that one. But I found on their website they are coming out with a newer one in October (PowerShot S80 ) so I think I may return this now and get the newest one in October. I JUST LOVE IT!!

Thank you all. Oh Doris,do you believe I think I may have killed the cuttings I took?? I sprayed them with hydrogen pyroxide. LOL. I had read an article linked to on Dave's and it sounded so good. I used only 3% so I thought it would be fine. The leaves frizzled. I think they were too new. OPPS! LOL
