High Voltage

Mol, Belgium(Zone 8a)

Hi all:
I would like to share the first bloom I've had in a very young High Voltage plant. It's just a 6" bloom but when it matures it will reach 8-9".
Having common colors (white and a red eye) HV is considered one of the Top10 of tropical hibiscus. Cultivars like Silver Memories, Dragon's Breath or Tigerama would be others in the top ten.
I received some wood of this plant last May and one cutting started to grow well in its own roots during the last two months. I did a graft with the other scion but this one is a bit lazy to grow.
Not only the bloom has a great texture. It's a very good bloomer, a very fast grower and forms a very good bush. As who sent me the wood (it came from Florida) says: "a terrific plant".

Regards

Carlos

Just beautiful, Carlos. And it looks like it has a great view.

Love the large pristine white, glows against the green foliage.
