I've just gotten into gardening seriously in the last year, and we have a little over an acre, with so much space to fill! I'm buying and begging (LOL) any and all kinds of seeds and perennials for zone 5b, to help fill up the spaces. Because of this, I really don't have anything to trade, so if anyone has anything they would 'donate to the cause,' I'd be glad to pay for the postage to send them! I have both shaded and sunny locations to fill, and we have heavy clay soil (I'm amending it as we go).
Thanks in advance!
Kylee

Eric
JoleneS,
Would you by chance have any extra purple liatris seed? I can send a SASBE. Thanks, Eric
Where would I put my address in the exchange?
Thank you all so much for your help! If things go as planned, I may have a lot of things to share one day!! I sure hope so! My husband has always wanted to fill up the back part of our lot, and it just seemed like so much space that it looked overwhelming. I told him we just had to START. We'll be working up the ground this weekend, that needs to have the grass taken out, and getting some topsoil brought in to work into it. That nasty clay is horrible. Our present veggie garden will be worked into everything, and that's where I've started, with putting plants out.
I found the Address Exchange. I'm in there now! :-)
Badseed, I don't get to Cincinnati hardly ever. I do want to go down that way sometime this fall, though, to do a geocache at the Trammel Fossil Park. Not sure if it will work out, since this garden thing is going to take so much work and time. Cincinnati is about 2-2½ hours straight south of me.
Eric - I have plenty of purple liatris seeds to share. Just send me a SASBE.
Dividing garden..can fill one of the flat rate boxes with variety of hardy perennial plants. Just send postage. I am in the listing. It is finally cooling down...YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jo,
Thanks so much!! I have to 24 hrs tomorrow, but I'll get it off Friday.
Eric
MarciaG........How much do you need for postage? THANKS!
LOL Marcia....I know my plants must think it's spring...because there is new growth on everything...like a growing spurt or something like that...but I am NOT complaining LOL
You are welcome to have anything I have...just send me 2 usable 37cent stamps. I will provide the bubble envie and the seeds.
Let me know if you are interested!!

I have 'Chocolate' eupatorium rugosum plants, have no idea what I'm doing, so d-mail me if interested, thanks.
Thank you to all who have so generously shared with me! My apologies for taking so long in getting back with some of you. We've been in high gear, working on the new garden area, with the first frost looming. My body has never hurt so bad from work. It truly has been the hardest work I've ever done. It's winding down now for this year, and we'll pick up again in the spring.
Pictures of before and during are here:

I will pot up your plants and over winter them for you....let me know in the Spring when you're ready for them.
Marc
Thanks, Marc. I didn't hear from you as to how much to send for the box, so yeah, let's do it in the spring. I'm kind of worried that anything live I plant now won't make it. I appreciate your help!
I've been swamped with chores around the house....doing a MAJOR remodel. I have your things dug, just not boxed, which is why you didn't hear from me with a postage total. :-)
Contact me in the Spring when you're ready for them.
Marc
Marc, believe me, I UNDERSTAND!! If you notice from the pictures at the link I posted, we have been swamped here with getting this thing going. I'm pleased with everything so far (well, mostly), but my husband and I are both absolutely exhausted. And you know how it is...'when you redecorate one room in the house, it just leads to another." LOL. We've been trimming bushes and trees, too, right along, and I've been planting about a gazillion bulbs that I'd ordered. Oh, to be 25 again!!
Not a problem. :-)
Sue, I got the seeds today! THANKS!!!! Oh, with all that Lisa sent, and now yours, my garden will be absolutely lovely next year! And I will have seeds to share! :-)
GREAT!!! Hope you enjoy them!! Happy Growing!!!
Sue
I must be a glutton for punishment, and yes, I do feel like I was run over by a truck:

I really like the rocks as edging. What a cool idea.
