i can't get over these blooms. they're hidden beneath all these leaves so they feel kind of like my own little secret treasure. ok, they're not so little. they've got the biggest blooms i've seen on brugs so far. are there any other brugs with blooms this big?
creamsickle is so beautiful!
Beautiful...just absolutely beatiful. Finally got one of those this year, though too small to bloom yet. Can't wait for next year.
Does anyone know the heritage or the cross that created this beauty?

I love Creamsickle. I got mine in April as a small cutting. It is starting its second flush, but has been producing some flowers all summer. The first blooms in May turned light apricot, but have remained cream colored since then. Still fantastic. Diane, I couldn't find any information on its parentage. Maybe a long time Brug gardener may know.
It is really pretty. I can't decide which is prettier, the white or the colored versions. Do you have it in the ground?
Yours look so nice. Mine is blooming too now. I really like this one.
I have been struggling with mine, I have yet to see it bloom. Had several treatments for mites and now it has it again. Grrrr. May have to toss it and start over.
Was so glad to see mmqc's plant and it's huge blooms in person last weekend, it is truly a stunner!
beautiful pictures! i love it
mine is in a pot with the bottom partially in the ground. i have some mites on mine too but it is not that bad. it may be due to the bayer systemic granules i used.
i find that (with my brugs in general) the new green wood branches can be very vigorous and healthier (usually less suceptible to mites) compared to the old wood which doesn't grow as fast and the blooming branches are thin. is there a way to jump start growth from the old wood? do you know what i'm talking about? when they're green and new, they grow like crazy but when they're woody and old, they're lanky sticks with just a couple leaves at the tips. i'm thinking of cutting down the old wood of creamsickle since there's a base shoot that's growing nice and straight. wanted to do it sooner but it had buds.
I just striped off the leaves and gave it another Bayer treatment, it was way over due so we'll see. Will also spray with Neem on the tiny leaves I left on.
