Can You Keep Dogs from??????

Hi! We have three dogs. Two blue heelers and one border collie. Our border collie Jett is less than a yr. old and is very easily trained. He is a very laid back calm dog. The heelers, Maggie and Cutter are very good dogs. Maggie is very easily trained too. She is two yrs. old. Cutter is a whole 'nuther' story! *g* He is two yrs. old and is doing much better with his training but how can I get him to leave the cat alone??? Our dogs are outside dogs and so is our cat. We live on a farm and have cattle. Cutter is the only one of the three that is determined to try and catch and kill our cat. Is there a way I can get him to stop this behavior???
