Luc and his brother are Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. They both have a seizure disorder that is little understood but Luc's is being controlled with medications. There is no guarantee that the disorder can be controlled. The puppy is a 6 months old male and is black and tan. You can look below to see a photo of my black and tan Zora. The puppy is mildly affected and lives in Minneapolis Minn.
Anyone have an idea?
