Don't you just love Isabella. Mine (after 3 years) has grown into a 8 ft tree. When it blooms it's just breathtaking.

Yes she is stunning! Mine is hmmm I think about 4 to 4-1/2 feet tall, has 3 "branches" coming from root but love it!!! I tried to get a nice shot later last night, but too dark and my camera doesn't do night shots well, so will sneak out tonight just before dark to get more :)

Greensburg, IN(Zone 6a)

I love Isobella, mine is loaded with blooms again and hardly any leaves left

Jacksonville, FL(Zone 9a)

Very pretty.

Springfield, OH(Zone 5b)

Beautiful! I think that is the prettiest one I have ever seen! Great picture!

Laurrie, that is just beautiful. I love the color. The delicate pink and the light green blends in so nicely. Great Photo!

Myrtle Beach, SC

Gorgeous, Laurie !! I love mine too but I don't have that gentle green throat...it looks stunning !!

Thanks everyone, heading out today to try and get some better photos, rained thru the night (yes! finally) so will have to see what they look like today. I love the smell of it, has anyone else pinpointed the scent? My hubby sniffed it last night and said "smells like baby powder" hmmmmmmmmm I wasn't sure so thought I would ask you all here :)

I agree with your husband. I think Isabella smells like baby powder.

OK good, now I know it's not just us smelling it and thinking that :)

OhioBreezy I know how you feel about this one, that is how mine smells in the evening, and the pink is darker since it has gotten cooler.

Doris

Laurrie,

What an awesome brug! Wow! Glad it survived the floods, friend. Tell me, was it you that gave me Frosty Pink 2 years ago? It is such a treat to have in my brug garden, now if I can coax it to grow vertically instead of send out lateral shoots it will then behave itself. Thanks for the Isabella pictures!

Doris, I agree, I love the color!

Joseph - not sure if that was me or not, I did share cuttings in fall before the freeze and floods got me, but no clue sorry, I just hope it grows upright for you too!!! LOL

I enjoy sharing photos :)

Ohhhh, that is beautiful, Laurrie. Smells like baby powder, huh? (sighing softly) One more thing to put on my wish list.

Very pretty Laurrie. She looks like such a 'lady'.

I gave mine up last year , needed room for new ones.
boo-hoo

Dundee, OH(Zone 5b)

yes baby powderish LOL I like this one alot, but I have noticed with the 6 pointed blooms they can't or won't open all the way up like my others do? I love the color and the scent and can't wait to see many more blooms on her.

Scoot..........if you ever want a cutting back of her, let me know ;) I will have to chop this fall anyway

Laurrie

I'm so excited, my double white brug I bought at a gardenfair last year is flower budding! I'll be sure to post pictures. What an addiction this hobby is LOL!
