Passiflora caerulea 'Blue Sky' not blooming

Northwest, OH(Zone 5b)

I purchased my passiflora at the Cleveland Flower Show this year, and though the vines have been just lovely all summer, it hasn't bloomed in two months. It was blooming a lot when I first got it and for several weeks after I got it home, but not now. I've been feeding it every two weeks, as they instructed, and it's getting plenty of sun. Is this normal behavior for this plant this time of year?

Also, I know I'm going to have to bring it in for the winter. I'm HORRIBLE with indoor plants and I don't want to lose it. Any special advice for me for this winter?

Here's a picture of when it was blooming:

Caerulea for the most part is an early spring bloomer and in many locations, just won't bloom during the summer. As far as overwintering, all you can really do is keep it in a sunny window for the winter unless you want to buy lights and all that.
